My name is Callen Burke and I am a senior at IU South Bend with a major in Mass Communications and a focus in Electronic Media. I'm a musician and I have been writing and recording music since I was 14 years old. In high school, a group of friends and I started a metal band called, The Analyst and we released an album in 2008 on Innerstrength Records. My experiences while recording the album only furthered my passion for making media and I would have to choose music as my preferred type of media to make without restrictions. I listen to a wide variety of music and I can't choose a favorite style or artist, but the bands I've been listening to lately are Wild Cub, Kendrick Lamar, and Thy Art is Murder, in no specific order. I would like to continue writing music either professionally or as a hobby, but my goal is to open a burger restaurant and implement a point-of-sales system a friend and I have been developing.
